Conductor/ Conduction Allows heat and electricity to pass through an object
Insulator/ Insulation Unable to carry heat, electricity , or sound through it
Mass The amount of matter in an object
Evaporation the process of liquid changing to a gas
Condensation the process of gas changing to a liquid
Solubility ability for a substance to dissolve into another substance
Refraction Light bends as it goes through an object
Reflection Light bounces off of a surface
Renewable Resources resources that can be replaced within a lifetime
Nonrenewable Resources resources that CANNOT be replaced within a lifetime OIL, COAL, NATURAL GAS
Rotation Spinning on its axis - The Earth rotates every 24 hours
Revolution Earth moves around the sun (1 revolution = 365 days)
