| Prokaryotic | a cell lacking a nucleus or any other membrece-enclosed organelles |
| unicellular | an organism made up of one single cell |
| multi-cellular | an organism made cell and often made up of different types of cells |
| classification | the process of grouping things based on similarities |
| taxonomy | the branch of science that formally na,es and classifies organisms |

| Bacteria | prokayotic single called organism that lacks a nucleus in its cell |
| Archaea | prokaryotic single celled organism that lacks a nucleus in its cell and it can live in extreme environments |
| Eukarya | organisms with cells that contain a nucleus |
| kingdom | a taxonomic rank below domain 6 groups animalia fungi plantae archaea and eubactiria |
| autotroph | an organism that is able to make its own food known as a producer in food chain |
| heterotroph | an organism that cannot make its own food known as a consumer in thew food chain |
| asexual | a method of reproduction that only one parent source 100%DNA from 1 parent |
| sexual | a method of reproduction that requires both male and female parent 50% from 1 parent 50% from 1 parent |
| cell theory | states that all living organisms are made up of 1 more cell cells are the basic unit of life and all calls come from |
