| nucleus | a structure found in Eukaryotic cells that contain DNA and is responsible for controlling the activities of the cell |
| eukaryotic | a cell containing a membrane enclose nucleus and organelles |
| Prokaryotic | a cell lacking a nucleus or any other membrane- enclosed nucleus and organelles |
| uni cellar | an organism made up of one single cell |
| multi cellular | an organism made up of more more than one cell and often made up of different types of cells |
| classification | the process of grouping things based on similarities |
| taxonomy | the branch of science that formally names and classifies organism by their structure function and relationship |
| domain | the highest and largest rank of grouping organism three group archaea bacteria and eukarya |
| domain Bacteria | prokaryotic single celled organism that lacks a nucleus in its cell |
| domain archea | prokaryotic single celled organism that lacks a nucleus in its cell and can live in extreme environment |
| Domain Eukarya | organism with cell that contain a nucleus |
| Kingdom | a taxonomic rank below Domain 6 groups Animalia fungi plantae protista archaea and eubacteria |
| autotroph | an organism that is able to make its own food known as a producer in food chain |
| Heteroproph | an organism that CANNOT make its own food knows as a consumer in the food chain |
| asexual reproduction | a method of reproduction that requires only one parent 100% DNA from 1 parent |
