Matter Anything that takes up space and has mass
Mass The measure of how much matter in an object
Volume The measure of something in 3 dimensional space
Weight A measure of the gravitational force exerted on an object
Meniscus The curve at a liquid's surface by which one measures the volume of the liquid
Inertia Tendency for an object to reject movement or motion
Density The relationship between a substance's volume and mass
Solubility The ability for a substance to dissolve
Flammability The ability to flame or catch fire
Reactivity The capacity of a substance to combine chemically with another substance
Malleability The capacity of a substance to combine chemically with another substance
Ductility The ability of a substance to be hammered thin or drawn out into a wire
State The form that an object is in
Physical Property A character trait that an object has like the color or hardness
Chemical Change The change that an object makes from a chemical reaction to something else
Physical Change A change in matter that can be reversed and doesn't change chemically
Chemical Properties A character trait that describes an objects chemical change
Characteristic Properties To describe, like malleability, solubility and ductivity
Thermal Conductivities the transfer of energy as heat through a material
