Strength Maximum force a muscle can apply in one contraction
Flexibility Range of movement possible at a joint
Body Composition Measurement of fat content, body shape
Cardiovascular Endurance The ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to supply the large muscles with oxygen and remove waste products. (Ability to continue the work over a long period of time - cross country running)
Muscular Endurance The ability of specific muscles to work many times without fatigue. (The length of time the muscle work determine your muscular endurance)
