What are the five ways to deal with conflict? Withdrawal ,smoothing over ,forcing ,bargaining and problem solving.
mention some roadblocks language ,preconceptions ,lack of common experiences ,responses to physical differences differing values ,beliefs, on-verbal communication ,communication styles and interpersonal and spatial relationship.
