Examples of First generation NSAIDs Cox 1 and cox 2 inhibitors aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, indomethacin, diclofenac, ketorolac, meloxicam

What are the therapeutic uses inflammation suppression, analgesia for mild-moderate pain, fever reduction, dysmenorrhea, inhibition of platelet aggregation, which protects against ischemic stroke and myocardial infarction(asprin)
