What is the cell theory? All living things are made of cells, cells are the basic units of life and cells come from existing cells.
Which cells have NO nucleus? Prokaryotic Cells
Which cells have a nucleus? Eukaryotic Cells
What are the cellular levels of organization? cells-tissues-organs-organ system-organism
What organelle is made up of phospholipids and acts like the "doorman" for the cell by letting out the bad and letting in the good? cell membrane
What is cytoplasm? watery environment inside the cell/holds organelles in place
Which organelle controls the cell, acts like the "brain" of the cell? nucleus
What is the job of ribosomes? makes proteins
What is the internal delivery system, it transports materials like an ER transports patients? endoplasmic reticulum
Which organelle is responsible for removing materials, the "garbage man" of the cell? golgi bodies
Where is energy (ATP) made? mitochondria
What cleans the cell, acts like Lysol? lysosome
Where does excess water and food get stored? vacuole
These two organelles are only found in plant cells, what are they called? cell wall and chloroplast
What are Prokaryotic cells called? bacteria
