Reacting Environment

TermDefinition
Environment Is everything that surrounds a living thing.
Stimulus Is anything that causes a living thing to react.
Respons Shivering and putting on sweaters are response.
External Stimuls The sound of a bat is an external stimulus for a moth.
Internal Stimulus Is anything within an organism that causes it to react.
Behavior Many behaviors must be learned.
Inherited Behaviors Is a behavior that an organism is born with and does not need to learn.
Instinct A complex pattern of behavior that organism of the same type are born with called an instinct.
Learned Behavior A behavior that is taught or learned from experience is a learned behavior.
