TermDefinition
population a group of individuals that belong to the same species and live in the same region at the same time.
growth rate how size of population changes over time.
age structure number of individuals in different age groups.
sex ratio number of males vs number of females in a population ex- 2:1, "2 to 1", 2 males to every 1 female.
birth rates number of births in the population over time.
death rates number of deaths in the population over time.
producers plants (self-feeding, photosynthesis)
herbivores plant eaters
