Air masses Huge bodies of air that are formed over water or land, in tropical or polar regions.
What determines the Air Mass's weather conditions Temperature and humidity
Cold Front cold air mass slides under warm air.
Warm front A warm air mass collides and moves over a slowly moving air mass
What can a warm front bring Long periods of precipitation and warmer temperatures.
Occluded Front When a warm air mass is caught between two cold air masses.
What does a Occluded Front cause It causes clouds,rain and snow
Stationary Front When a cold air mass and a warm air mass do not move at a front.
What does a stationary front produce Produces long periods of precipitation
What does a cold front produce May produce thunder storms, tornadoes,and cooler temperatures
