| Types Of Assessment: Inital/Comprehensive Assessment? | broad and includes everything |
| Focused/problem oriented assessment? | narrow assessment "priority assessment" |
| Emergency Assessment? | life vs. death (crucial that it be done immediatly) |
| Time- Lapsed Assessment? | an assessment done over a period of time |
| What is the Demographic Data refering to? | determines other things that may be subsectibale to? Based on the environment. |
| What are some biographic data? (8) | Name, Age, Religion, Martial status, occupation, race, emergency contact, support system |
| Values/Beliefs (3) | Religious preferences, Blood Transfusions, and Dietary restrictions |
| Stressors: What do they do? And what does the nurse need to consider? | stressors precipitate illness; the nurse needs to be thinking about ways that the stressors can be prevented if neccessary. |
| What is another stressor concern that the nurse needs to consider? | the way the client copes with their stressors. Do they eat, harm themselves, etc. |
