Electricity Flow of electron
Static electricity Build up of electrical charges
Ampere The unit used to describe how much electric current flows through a wire.
Circuit Path for electric current
Closed circuit Complete, unbroken path for electric current.
Electric current Movement of electric charge from one place to another.
Volt Metric unit used to measure electromotive force.
Voltage The energy that a power source gives to electrons in a circuit.
Open circuit Incomplete or broken path for electric current.
Series circuit Circuit in which all current flows through a single path.
