Endorphins & Enkephalins Block pain perception, reduce stress.
Norepinephrine Increases attention. Influences emotions and sleeping. Sympathetic NS neurotransmitter.
GABA Major inhibitory neurotransmitter
Glutamate Major ecitatory neurotransmitter. Associated with learning and memory.
Seratonin Improves mood, induces sleep.
Substance P Pain perception
Dopamine Creates a sense of feeling good.
