| Carnivore | An animal that only eats meat |
| Omnivore | An animal that eats both plants and meat |
| Herbivore | An animal that only eats plants |
| Habitat | A place where an organism lives |
| Chlorophyll | A chemical in chloroplasts and leaf cells that makes leafs green |
| Decomposer | Breaks down dead animals and provides nutrients to soil |
| Energy | Passed on from animal to animal and plants need it to make their own food |
| Energy Pyramid | A pyramid that starts with the Sun than producers than consumers than 2nd level consumers than 3rd level consumers than decomposers |

| Food Chain | The passing through of energy from living things |

| Camouflage | A disguise that makes the animal blend into an enviorment |
