classification The process of grouping things based on their similarities.
taxonomic key A series of paired statement that describe the physical characteristics of different organisms. Used to identify the names of different organisms.
leavels of classification Kingdom, Phylum, class, order, family, genus, species.
baceteria A single celled organism that does not contain a nucleus; the genetic material just floats around in the cytoplasm.
