| Sole proprietorship | A business owned by one person |
| Unlimited Liability | when the owner is responsible for the company debt. |
| Partnership | is a business owned by two or more people who share its risk and rewards |
| Cooperation | a company that is registered by the state and operates apart from its owner |
| Limited Liability | does not exceed the amount invested in a partnership |
| Cooperitive | involving mutual assistance in working toward a common goal. |
| Nonprofit Organization | A business entity that is granted tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service |
| Franchise | an authorization granted by a government or company to an individual or group enabling them to carry out specified commercial activities |
| Producer | a person, company, or country that makes, grows, or supplies goods or commodities for sale. |
| Processor | a machine that processes something. |
| Manufacturer | a person or company that makes goods for sale |
| Intermidery | a person who acts as a link between people in order to try to bring about an agreement or reconciliation; a mediator. |
| Wholesaler | an intermediary entity in the distribution channel that buys in bulk and sells to resellers rather than to consumers |
| Retailer | A term describing businesses that sell goods directly to individuals |
| Production | the action of making or manufacturing from components or raw materials, or the process of being so manufactured. |
| Procurment | To obtain something of good workmanship or external source |
| Marketing | the action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research and advertising |
| Managment | To be in charge of something to make sure it gets done. To take responcibility |
| Finance | the management of large amounts of money, especially by governments or large companies. |
| Accounting | the action or process of keeping financial accounts. |
