Resistance Train 2

Set Arrangements

Super-Setting Method of altering the arrangements of sets & occures when two different exercises are performed with no rest between. Agonist/Antagonist. Same Muscle. Pre-Fatigue (isolated/compound).
Pyramid Principle Varying of both repetitions & the weight lifted in a descending or ascending fashion. Ascending (weight increased / reps decreased). Descending. Triangle (combination)
Stripping Set As many reps as possible at a certain weight and then decrease weight as soon as no more reps can be done.
