Set Arrangements
Arrangement | Description |

Super-Setting | Method of altering the arrangements of sets & occures when two different exercises are performed with no rest between. Agonist/Antagonist. Same Muscle. Pre-Fatigue (isolated/compound). |
Pyramid Principle | Varying of both repetitions & the weight lifted in a descending or ascending fashion. Ascending (weight increased / reps decreased). Descending. Triangle (combination) |
Stripping Set | As many reps as possible at a certain weight and then decrease weight as soon as no more reps can be done. |
