Digoxin Negative chronotropic action acts directly on the SA node to decrease conduction through AV node & decreased HR
Digoxin Negative dromotrophic action decreased conduction of the heart cells – decreased HR
Digoxin side effects Digoxin toxicity, hypokalemia, fatigue, anorexia
Digoxin considerations hold med if HR is less than 60 bpm
