Wavelength The distance between two adjacent crests or troughs of a wave
Electromagnetic Spectrum The range of wavelengths or frequencies over which electromagnetic radiation extends
Spectrum A range of electromagnetic radiation that is ordered by wavelength or frequency, such as the band of colors that is produced when light passes through a prism
Probe An uncrewed vehicle that carries scientific instruments into space to collect scientific data
Artificial Satellite Any human-made object placed in orbit around a body in space
NASA The National Aeronautics and Space Administration
Launch The process of setting a rocket or spacecraft in motion
Spinoff A commercialized product incorporating NASA
