TermDefinition
Passive Transport The movement of substances through the cell membrane without the input of energy
Diffusion A type of a passive transport in cells which molecules more from areas where it is more crowed it.
Equilibrium Every cell in your body uses oxygen
Osmosis The diffusion of water through a cell membrane and a part of passive transport
Active Transport It moves through the cell membrane
Endocytosis This process of taking substances into a cell by surrounding it with the cell membrane
Exocytosis The contents of a vesicle may be released by the cell using the process
