Describe the process of the formation of sea caves, sea arches, and sea stacks. Waves erode rock cliffs which leads to sea caves. The back of the cave erodes away and causes sea arches. The top of the arch collapses and forms sea stacks.
What is physical weathering? The breakdown of large rocks into fragments by forces such as ice, changes in temperature, wind, or water.
What is chemical weathering? When rocks react chemically with air or water and the minerals weaken or dissolve.
What caused the Dust Bowl in the 1930’s? A severe drought which caused crops to not grow. There were no roots to hold the topsoil in place.
