Chemical | rocks breakdown chemicaly |
Acid rain | causes weathering by dissolving minerals into rocks |
Rust | iron minerals in the rocks mix with water and oxygen to form rust |

Erosion | Weathered rock particles are moved |
Fossils | Traces, remains, or evidence of living things |
Sedimentary rocks | where most fossils are found |
mold fossils | A layer of sediment covers the organism {impressions} |
cast fossils | when a mold is filled in [makes a copy] |
