elliptical using or involving ellipsis, especially so as to be difficult to understand.
geocentric describes something that uses Earth as the reference point
gravitational force t any two bodies in the universe attract each other with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
heliocentric sun centered
moon the natural satellite of the earth, visible (chiefly at night) by reflected light from the sun.
orbit the path that a body follows as it travels around another body in space.
planet a relativley large spherical body that orbits a star
solar system the sun and all of the planets and other bodies that travel around it.
parallax an apparent shift in the position of an objectvwhen viewed from different locations
