TermDefinition
Structure Fire Used for a report of a fire that involves a structure.
HAZMAT Apparatus used for investigation, release, and spills, of chemicals or hazardous materials.
Citizen Assist/Service Call Requests for non-medical assistance from the public.
Extrication The act if freeing or removing from entrapment or difficulty.
Fire Equipment Tools used by firefighters at the scene of the fire.
ICS Incident Command System--fire service controls that controls the scene of fire directly from the scene.
Apparatus A mobile unit that responds to the scene of fire.
Goal of ICS To maintain an Incident Commander who is ultimately responsible for the scene.
