Termdefinition
Hypothesis an educated guess
observation noting a fact or ocerrence
experiment a test or trial to teat your hypothesis
Variable A variable is something you can change in a test or experiment
Control Group A standard at which change is measured
Procedures procedures are step by step instructions for completing a task
Indipendent Variables thing thing you change
dependent variable the thing you are observing
controlled variable the thing you keep the same
model an object that represents other things
survey quesionares given to people whose ansers are recorded and analyzed
sampling examine individuals
