Control Group | Group used for comparison, does not receive IV |
Observation | Gathering data using the five senses |
Data | Information gathered from observations |
Qualitative Data | Data involving descriptions or characteristics |
Quantitative Data | Data expressed as numbers by counting or measuring |
Inference | Logical interpretation based on prior knowledge |
Theory | Well tested explanation |
Constants | Variables that stay the same in all groups |
