Active site an enzyme with one or more deep folds on its surface
Reaction process of breaking chemical bonds; forming new bonds or both
Product a compound formed by a chemical reaction
Reactant a compound or atom involved in a chemical reaction
Concentration a measurement of the amount of solute dissolved in a fixed amount of solvent
