Celestial Objects objects in the sky such as the moon, Sun, planets other objects in space
Revolution A term that describes an object that does 1 orbit around another object
Year A time measurement that it takes for the Earth to revolve once around the sun
365.25 The amount of days it takes for the Earth to revolve around the Sun
Calendar A guide that organized days into months for the year which made predicting seasons easier
Sun Dial An early clock that used the Sun to tell time
Constellation A term that describes a pattern of stars
Light Year The distance measurement light would travel in 1 year
Polaris The "North Star". The star directly above the Earth's axis that never changes position in the sky
Orion The name of the constellation that forms a hunter
Ursa Major The name of the constellation that forms a bear
Big Dipper The name of the constellation that forms a pan handle
