the atmosphere

exosphere The exosphere is a thin, atmosphere-like volume surrounding a planetary body where molecules are gravitationally bound to that body, but where the density is too low for them to behave as a gas by colliding with each other.
atmosphere The atmosphere of Earth is a layer of gases surrounding the planet Earth
troposphere The troposphere is the lowest portion of Earth's atmosphere. It contains approximately 80% of the atmosphere's mass and 99% of its water vapour and aerosols. The average depth of the troposphere is approximately 17 km in the middle latitudes.
ozone layer The ozone layer refers to a region of Earth's stratosphere that absorbs most of the Sun's UV radiation.
stratosphere the layer of the earth's atmosphere above the troposphere, extending to about 32 miles (50 km) above the earth's surface
mesosphere The mesosphere is the layer of the Earth's atmosphere that is directly above the stratopause and directly below the mesopause. In the mesosphere temperature decreases with increasing height
ionosphere he ionosphere is a region of the upper atmosphere, from about 85 km to 600 km altitude, and includes the thermosphere and parts of the mesosphere and exosphere. It is distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation.
