Habitat A particular habitat.
Blubber A protective layer of fat.
Extinct/Extinction When a species dies out.
Fossil The remains or traces of organisms that have lived in the past.
Population All the members of a particular species.
Community The different species with in a habitat.
Ecosystem Nonliving factors together with the living members of the community.
