| Dependability | trustworthy and reliable |

| duty | a moral or legal oblihation; a responsibility |
| enthusiasm | Intense and eager enjoyment, interest, or approval |
| fairness | free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice |
| flexibility | ability to adapt to new circumstances |
| honesty | fairness and straightforwardness of conduct |
| honor | regrad with great respect |
| humility | a modest or low view of one's own importance; humbleness |
| initiative | the ability to assess and initiate things independently |
| optimism | Hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something |
| respect | a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements |
