rotation The spinning of a body, such as a planet, on its axis.
day The time it takes a planet to completes on full rotation on its axis.
revolution The motion of a body that travels around another.
year Earth completes a full revoluvion around the sun in about 365 1/4 days.
season is a characterized by a pattern of tempeture and other weather trends.
equinox Sunlight shines equalily on the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
solstice The area of sunlight is at a maximum at one hemisphere and a minium at another.
