Biological Classifications

QuestionAnswer
What does Microorganisms means? Small living organisms.
What are kingdoms? Scientists dicide all living things into groups.
How many kingdoms are there? Six
What is one example of fungi? Mushroom
What do these kingsoms have in common? (protists, archea, bacteria) There are mostly microscopic.
What is bacteria? They are made of one cell without a nucleus.
How can bacteria be helpful? They breakdown dead organisms.
How can bacteria be harmful? They can cause disease in animals, plants and humans.
What are protists? They are made of cell with nuclei.
What picture is on the review sheet? It is a protist with a single cell and a nucleus.
Is is more plant-like or animal-like? Explain. It is animals like because it moves and eats.
