TermDefinition
force A push or pull.
mass The amount of matter in an object or substance.
gravity The force that pulls objects toward each other.
speed The distance an object moves per unit of time, such as miles per hour.
position A certain place, described in comparison to another place.
motion A change in the position of an object.
acceleration A change in an object's speed or direction.
weight A measure of the pull of gravity on an object.
