Earthquake Ground movements thay occur when blocks of rick in Earth move suddenly and release energy
Focus A place within Earth along a fault at which first motion of an Earthquake occurs
Epicenter Directly above the focus on Earth's surface
Tectonic Plate Boundary Where two or more tectonic plates meet
Fault A break in Earth's crust along which blocks of rock move
Deformation The prosses by which rock becomes deformed and changes shape due to stress
Elastic Rebound The return of rock to its original shape after elastic deformation
