What is the ocean shore zone? It is where the water meets the shore
what is are sand dunes they are swept up in mounds and plants hold the sand in the dunes in place
What are beaches They are shore lines that are made up of sand they are all ways changing because of wind and water
What are waves It wears away the rocks ands exposing a rocky shore and they can deposited sand on the shore
What are currents That are along the shore line and can move sand from one location to a nother
What are tides They bring in sand,shells,and ocean sediment at high tides and leave them barrier at low tides
What are barrier is land It is island that are in pieces and are souuronded by Water
What is sediment It is eroded down rocks
What are estuaries They are rivers that go into the ocean and carries blakiesh water in them
What is blakiesh water It is a mixture of fresh water and salt water
What do estuaries do They are a filter for the ocean
What are inlets They wastewater filled spaces between the barrier is land
