What Features make up the ocean shore zone? Barrier islands, Estuaries, Beaches and Inlets.
What are Beaches? Shore lines made of sand.
What are Barrier islands? Pieces of land surrounded by water on all sides. They protect the mainland.
What are Estuaries? Where the river meets the ocean.
What are Inlets? Water filled spaces between Barrier Islands.
What causes the Tides? The moon and suns gravitational pull on the earths water.
Bonus Question: What is the Gulf Stream? A current heading from Florida bring warm water to Europe.
Bonus Bonus question: What natural hair color am I? Strawberry dirty blond.
