Electricity

Electric Charge The property that leads to electromagnetic interactions between the particles that make up matter.
Static Electricity the buildup of electrical charge on an object
Electrical Conductor a material in which electricity can move freely
Electrical Insulator a material in which electricity cannot move freely
Semiconductor a material in which is made up of insulators and conductors.
Electric Current Rate of electric flow
Voltage amount of work required to move each unit of charge between two points.
resistance The opposition to the electrical charge.
Electric Circuit a complete, closed path in which electricity can flow.
Series circuit all parts are connected in the same path of the electrical current
parallel circuit all electric charges can go in different charges.
