Digestive System It breaks down foods, and then they go through your esophagus, then stomach, small intestine,large intestine, and out it goes so more can come in.
tissue is a large group of similar specialized cells
organ is a group of related tissues that perform a specific function
organ systems are related organs that work together to perform a specific function
Circulatory system The main parts include the heart, arteries, veins, and capillaries. the heart pumps blood away from it to the arteries and the veins carry the blood back to the heart.
respiratory system It brings oxygen to the blood. the main parts are the bronchial tube, lungs,alveolar, and the diaphragm.
endocrine system regulates hormones, it releases them to the body,it includes the thyroid gland, adrenal glands, and the pancreas
excretory system removes wastes from the body, the main parts include the kidneys, bladder, and colon.
Other Systems Lymphatic system helps keep tissue free of excess fluid.
Other system Integumentary system includes the skin, fingernails, and hair.
Nervous System Responsible for receiving and processing info. it controls how you react and move, The main parts include eyes bran and spinal cord
muscular and skeletal system The muscular system allows you to do many things, although your skeletal system provides shape support and protects your organs.
