Pectoralis Major the chest muscle
Sternocleidomastoid the muscle which turns the neck from side to side
External Oblique the side muscles
Biceps the muscle at the top of the arm; when I flex my arm biceps contract, triceps relax
Rectus Femoris also known as quadriceps
Gastrocnemius calf muscles
Trapezius this is the muscle at the back of the neck near the scapula
Deltoid your upper arm; used for insertion of long needles
Gluteus Maximus your butt cheek
Triceps when I extend my arm, my triceps contract; biceps relax
Biceps Femoris also known as the hamstrings
Achilles Tendon this is also known as your calf
