TermDefinition
Mass A body of cohert matter.
Weight The amount or quantity of heaviness or mass.
Solar System The sun together with all the planets and other bodiesthat revolve around it.
Nebula A cloud of instellar gas and dust.
Solar Nebula The rotating flattened cloud of gas and dust from which the sun and the rest of thebodies in the solar system formed.
Plantesimal Any of numerous small celestial bodies that may have existed at the early stage of the development of the solar system.
Crust The exterior portion of the earth.
Mantle The layer on earth between the crust and the core.
Core The middle of the earth.
