When do butterflies fly? during the day

What is the difference between the body of a butterfly and that of a moth. A butterfly's body is not as thick as a moth's body.
When do moth's fly? at night
What does nocturnal mean? active at night
What do moth's do with their wings when they rest? They spread their wings out
What do scientists call a caterpillar? a larva
What does a caterpillar become before it turns into an adult? a pupa
