vocabulary worddefinition
hypothesis an educated guess

observation can be bits of information.
inference is a conclusion about an observation.
independent variable the one factor that you change in an experiment.
dependent variable is the factor, or outcome,that will be measured
constants are factors in an experiment
control is a standard used for comparison.
