Subject to the specific provisions of this Agreement and Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, the F.O.P. and its officers, agents, and members agree that they shall not instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in, or condone any strike, slow-down, concerted stoppage of work, intentional interruption of Employer operations,
The F.O.P., its officers, representatives, agents, members, and anypersons acting on their behalf, agree that the following "other unlawful acts" as defined in Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, are expressly prohibited: Soliciting public employees during the working hours. Distributing literature during working hours in areas where the actual work of public. employees is performed
The Employer and the F.O.P. agree that the basic intent of this Agreement is to provide a fair day's pay in return for a fair day's work and to provide conditions of employment suitable to maintain a competent work force.
The Employer and the F.O.P. agree that all provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees covered by it.
