What are the three field forces? Magnetism, Gravity, and Electricity
Which state possesses the most energy? Plasma
What do you use to measure the weight of an object? Spring Scale
Liters, cubic inches, quarts, and milliliters measure what? Volume
What takes place when lightning strikes a spruce tree and lights in on fire? Chemical Change
Which state possesses most energy? Plasma
How do you measure the weight of an object? Spring scale
Liters, cubic inches, milliliters, and quarts measure? Volume
What takes place when lightning strikes a spruce tree and sets it on fire? Chemical Change
What is energy? The ability to do work.
When particles join together, what 3D figure forms? Crystal
What affects atoms and how they move? Temperature
What is matter? Anything that occupies space and has mass.
One example of a mixture? Sweet tea.
Example of a pure substance? Solid aluminum
What is the height of a wave? Amplitude

What is work? As a scientific definition, work is done when a force acts on a moving object in the same or opposite direction of its motion.
What is mass? Amount of matter an object contains.
What is compression? Forces or stresses that act to squeeze or crush an object or substance.
What is friction? Friction opposes the motion of objects in contact.
What three things affects a field forces strength? Magnetic, electric, and gravity.?
How do weight and mass relate? Weight refers to the gravitational pull exerted on an object by another very large object, such as the earth. Mass is the amount of matter in an object.
