| Microtubules | Found in cytoplasm, carry out functions ranging from transport to structural support, conveyer belt |
| Nucleoplasm | Fluid found in the nucleus |
| Nuclear membrane | Membrane that surrounds the nucleus |
| Nucleolus | Part of nucleus that makes the parts needed to build a ribosome |
| Ribosomes | Small organelles composed of RNA rich cytoplasmic granules that are sites of protein synthesis |
| Rough endoplasmic reticulum | Covered with ribosomes,transports materials through the cell and produces proteins |
| Smooth endoplasmic reticulum | Transports materials, enzymes, produces and digests lipids (Fat), and membrane proteins |
| Vacuole | Large fluid filled space inside the plant cell |
| Nucleus | Holds genetic information (DNA) for the cell |
| Lysosomes | Breaks down old or unneeded parts of the cell |
| prokayote | a single celled organism that doesn't have a nucleus |
| eukaryote | cell that has a distinct nucleus |
| circulatory system | system that transports materials throughout the body |
