Biosphere ALL parts of EARTH where things can live; support biotic life
What does the biosphere include? -4 miles into the atmosphere, the ecosphere -deepest part of the hydrosphere (ocean) -6 miles into lithosphere (soil)
Ecosystem ALL community members; trees, grass, mushrooms, bacteria, animals, water, rocks, dirt, temperature
Community ALL populations; trees, grasses, egrets, jellyfish, turtles, mushrooms, bacteria
Population groups; ALL the crocodiles, ALL the jellyfish, ALL the algae
Organism includes ONE crocodile, ONE tree, ONE egret, ONE jellyfish, ONE turtle, ONE mushroom; a SINGLE example
Biotic Factors its all of the LIVING THINGS in a given environment (ex- plants, animals, fungi, bacteria, etc)
Abotic Factors Its all of the NON LIVING things in an environment (ex- water, soil, light, rocks, climate, temperature, wind, etc.)
