Basic Assessment (5) (1/2) 1. Is the rate fast or slow? Are the atrial and ventricular rates the same? 2. Are the P-P interval and R-R interval regular regular or irregular? If the rhythm is irregular, is it consistent or irregularly irregular? 3. Is the P-QRS ratio 1:1?
Basic Assessment (5) (2/2) 4. Are the P waves and QRS complexes identical and normal? 5. Are the P-R and QRS intervals within normal limits?
Sinus Rhythms (3) 1. P wave 2. PRI of 0.12-0.20 3. QRS of 0.04-0.12 with 1:1 ratio.
Normal Sinus Rhythm (3) 1. PRI of 0.12-0.20 2. QRS of 0.04-0.12 3. 60-100BPM
Sinus Bradycardia (3) 1. PRI of 0.12-0.20 2. QRS of 0.04-0.12 3. <60BPM
