Types of Volcano

QuestionAnswer
Shield Volcano A type of volcano that has a quite eruptions and the lava spreads out from the center vent.
Composite Volcano A type of volcano that has alternating quite and explosive eruptions where lava and tephra are found in alternating layers.
Cinder-Cone Volcano A type of volcano that has violent eruptions where ash and tephra are released.
